Whether it be a custom set of lashes or defined brows, I’m here to give you the look you are seeking. About the Location

The Professional Building at 164 Division Street in Elgin, Illinois offers stunning two-story soaring atrium. Located in downtown Elgin, you won’t have any trouble finding parking. Located one block from City Hall and the Elgin Post Office, as well as many local eateries within a few blocks.

Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit required upon booking. Average duration of appointments is 2 hours. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Please no eye makeup. No extra guests. Silence mobile devices upon arrival. After hours call Merc Co on intercom for access.
